    We will repair or replace your gadget if it is accidentally damaged. For example, if you were to drop the device and it stops working. It excludes cosmetic damage, like scratches and dents, that don't affect your gadget's functionality.

  •  Breakdown  

    We will repair or replace your gadget if it suffers breakdown outside of the warranty.

  •  Liquid damage  

    We will repair or replace your gadget if it is damaged by accidental contact with any liquid. For example, if you accidentally dropped it in a sink or puddle and it stopped working.

  •  Cracked screen  

    We will repair or replace the gadget if the screen is accidentally damaged. For example, if you were to drop the device and the screen stops working. It excludes cosmetic damage, like scratches, that don't affect your gadget's functionality.

  •  Up to 90-days worldwide cover  

    Your gadgets are covered worldwide for a maximum of 90 days for any one trip.

  •  £150 Accessory Cover  

    We will replace any accessories up to the value of £150 that were damaged or stolen at the same time as your gadget.

  •  Theft  

    If your gadget is stolen, we will provide you with a replacement gadget if your claim is successful.
