We will pay the cost of repairs if your gadget suffers sudden and unforeseen damage casued by impact, fire, and/or liquid which was not deliberately caused by you or any other person. If your gadget is not repairable then we will provide you with a replacement gadget.

If your gadget suffers internal failure which occurs outside of the manufacturers guarantee period, we will repair it. If your gadget is not repairable then we will provide you with a replacement gadget.

We will pay the cost of repairs if your gadget gadget suffers sudden and unforeseen damage casued by impact, fire, and/or liquid which was not deliberately caused by you or any other person. If your gadget is not repairable then we will provide you with a replacement gadget.

We will pay the cost of repairs if the screen of your gadget suffers sudden and unforeseen damage casued by impact, fire, and/or liquid which was not deliberately caused by you or any other person. If your gadget is not repairable then we will provide you with a replacement gadget.

All gadgets are covered worldwide for the entire term of the policy

£150 Accessory Cover
Cover is provided for accessories up to the value of £150 that are lost, stolen or damaged at the same time as your insured gadget. Please note that headphones are not covered under accessorries and will need to be insured separately.

Unauthorised calls
If your gadget is lost or stolen, we will refund the cost of unauthorised calls made from it after the time it was lost or stolen up to a maximum of £10,000.

If your gadget is stolen we will provide you with a replacement gadget.
